This species Dendrobium is often called the toothbrush plant for the unique shape of the flower spray. The flowers are small but look large with a great number in each spray. They bloom on bare leaf canes, similar to Den smilae and a few others. They come in bright red and the alba form. These red form are about 20 inches high and should flower this year.
