Outstanding color pattern on this flower. These are large divisions of flowering plants about 16"-high. Large green and red flowers are produced in quantity on mature plants. It was formerly classified as an Epilaeliocattleya. The old classification is easier to see its parentage. It is a hybrid of Epidendrum, Laelia and Cattleya. It grows like any other Cattleya hybrid.
